How Long is the process?

Depending on the services you require, we typically require one day to power wash, allow a day or two to dry, depending on the weather, and can stain/seal the surface in one day as well.

Do I need to be home during any steps?

You do not need to be present during any of the steps.

Do I have to do anything?.

If you are able - please remove all furniture/items from the surface of where work needs to be performed.

What products do you use?

We use a variety of products to tackle different jobs. We get the majority of our stain/sealer products through Sherwin Williams or Ace Hardware.

Do you have any guarantees.

We cannnot provide guarantees on our work as the duration of any application is contingent upon foot traffic, direct sunlight, and overall weather patterns. We can say that we will stand behind our work and if something unexpected occurs with any of our products that we will make it right and ensure you are a happy and returning customer.

Do you have all your own equipment?

Yes, I will bring all of my own equipment, I will only need a water spigot turned on at the residence and an electrical outlet.

Does your quote include all expenses?

Yes, the quote is the final out the door price and there are no hidden fees. The cost of the stain is also included in the quote.

What payment types do you take?

I am able to take cash/check/credit card.

When do you take payment.

We do not require payment until the job is complete.

How long do I have to stay off the surface?

Once your surface is stained/sealed, we require 24 hours until you can use the surface.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, if you refer a client and they have any work performed and paid for, you will receive a $25 gift card.
